Kano state government has directed for immediate closure of Bagauda Technical College over security threats.

The state commissioner of education, Sanusi Sa’id Kiru, disclosed this in a press release statement on Tuesday, April 27, 2021.

According to him, the decision to close the school became imperative following a disturbing security report and the need to protect the lives of the students, teachers and staff of the college.

He therefore urged parents to immediately evacuate their children from the college and wait for further directives from the government.
